产品特点：
SPZn-100是一支经济型无锡自抛光防污涂料用基体树脂产品，经过改进优化的树脂结构可保证对防污剂的持续稳定释放，其水解反应速率较快，适用于近海作业船舶。它适用于含氧化亚铜配方体系，与松香（CDP）配合使用可进一步降低成本。利用SPZn-100树脂所制备的无锡自抛光防污涂料具有36个月防污期效（实际防污期效视涂料配方、船舶航行情况以及航行海域等情况而定），符合环保法规要求，并且具有涂料VOC低、涂层抛光速率稳定的特点。

推荐防污体系: 氧化亚铜+吡啶硫酮铜或 DCOIT/美托咪定

ZINC ACRYLATE SELF-POLISHING POLYMER SPZN-100 General information： SPZn-100 is an economical matrix resin product, the optimized polymer structure ensures the continuous & stable release of biocides. It is designed for coastal vessels because of the high hydrolysis rate. It is suitable for copper-containing formulations and must be blended with CDP (Rosin) to reduce costs. The tin-free self-polishing antifouling coatings based on SPZn-100 resin possess 36 months performance (the actual antifouling performance determined by paint formulation, ships speed & activity and sailing sea area environment, etc), low VOC and excellent predictable and stable self-polishing characteristics.
