Primary Protection (Individual Tile): • Shrink Wrapping: Every single salt tile is individually Shrink Wrapped to create an airtight moisture barrier. 2. Inner Packaging (Master Carton): • Quantity: 20 Himalayan salt tiles are placed in each heavy-duty Master Carton. • Protection: Double-walled corrugated boxes with internal padding are used for maximum safety. 3. Bulk Palletisation (Wooden Crate System): • Pallet Capacity: 50 Master Cartons are securely stacked in each Wooden Box/Pallet Crate. • Per Crate Total: 1,000 salt tiles per crate. 4. Full Shipment Capacity (FCL Ready): • Total Shipment: 20 Wooden Pallet Crates per shipment. • Total Tiles: 20,000 Himalayan Salt Tiles (Complete 20ft/40ft container load). • Stability: Each crate is reinforced with industrial-grade strapping and final stretch-wrap for sea-worthy transit. 5.
