There are many kinds of encapsulating silicone rubber. Different kinds of potting silicone have great differences in temperature resistance, waterproofing, insulation, optical properties, adhesion properties of different materials and softness and hardness. Inibaba produces and provides rtv2 silicone rubber for electronic potting, which is consist of two parts, part A and B. Which will vulcanize in room temperature or heated temperature.

For the encapsulating silicone, we have two types hot sales, one is clear color silicone rubber with hardness 0A(36mm), 10A,15A,20A,25A. The mix ratio is 1:1.

Another type is white, grey, black and adjustable silicone rubber with hardness 20 shore A, 25 shore A,30 shore A,35 shore A,40 shore A, 45 shore A, 50 shore A, 55 shore A, 60 shore A, the mix ratio is 1 by 1.

Application and Advantages
Potting silicone is generally used in all kinds of control modules, and the components are generally poured in order to achieve the basic requirements of moisture-proof, anti-fouling and anti-corrosion. Silicone sealant can reduce stress and withstand high and low temperature impact. For the high power control module, thermal conductive sealing glue is used to achieve the function of heat dissipation.

elasticity, sealing performance, moisture-proof/waterproof performance is superior.
* It can be operated in all kinds of harsh environments without too much requirement for the environment (Moisture, salt fog,dust, vibration, heat, deep sea, cold, etc.).

Operation Instruction
1.Stir part A and part B with right mixing ratio evenly. And get the mixture for vacuum-pumping. (If there is no vacuumizer,you can just pour the mixture slowly from the corner so that less bubbles caused).
2. Enclose the product (the original model) with four plastic plates or wooden plates.
3. Clean your products and brush a layer of release agent(detergent or soap water) on your product.
4. Pour the mixture with correct mixing ratio into the model frame.

After about 2-4 hours, when the silicone cured, get out the original model, and there you get a finished addition cured silicone mold .

Warm tips :
1. As addition cure silicone is a kind of platinum cure system ,which will be easy to cause uncure problem ,so Kindly follow the
tips below :
＊Do not mix with liquid condensation silicone rubber or even the tool which used for condensation silicone
＊Do not mix with organic matter which contains N, S, P organics and ionic compound like Sn, As,Hg, Ph,
＊Do not add any pigment or powder into the addition cure silicone rubber without any testing to prevent uncure problem
