Candle kieselguhr filter , HEM Kieselguhr Candle Filter is used for filtering liquids such as beer, wine, etc. Filtration is carried out by means of filter diatomaceous earth washed on vertically mounted filter candles.
The diatomaceous earth filter is characterized by high filtration efficiency and economical operation. Depending on the composition of the filter layer, different levels of purity and flow of the filtered liquid can be achieved.
Thanks to the dosing pump, which adds diatomaceous earth during the process, the filter maintains a stable throughput, which determines its high performance. Cleaning (regeneration) of the filter is simple and fast, without the need to remove the pressure tank.
We are able to manufacture the size of the filter with a filtration area from 0.5 m2 to 100 m2 at the request of the customer.
